Order Processing and Shipping

Items will be shipped within 1-2 weeks of confirmation of payment for non-preorder items. Please refer for the estimated shipping times listed in the item descriptions for pre-order items.

If you order a preorder item together with a regular item, the order will be shipped when the preorder item is ready for fulfillment. If you would like the in-stock items immediately, please order the preorder and in-stock item separately!

All shipping is done through USPS. Current expected shipping times:
✧ 5-8 business days for US-based orders
✧ 3-5 weeks for international orders. 

Please note that shipping times may fluctuate during high volume shipping periods (ex. holidays) and may be impacted by the international situation and/or if customs/tariff policies change.

International Shipping:

We are currently unable to ship to the EU or to countries with active shipping bans (see the updated list here). We recommend looking into proxy shipping services that can ship to your country. 

Customs duties and/or VAT are NOT collected when you place your order. Please be aware that you will be responsible for any customs or import fees/taxes due upon delivery. These charges are not included in the total price you see at checkout and are owed to your country's customs agency and/or postal carrier.
